Sean Murray has issued a response to his better half Carrie James Murray's filing for severance.

In a new filing procured by PEOPLE, the NCIS star has requested the court award him stand for Carrie joint physical and legal concern of their minor children, Caitlyn, 16, and River, 13, following Carrie's fundamental petition to have sole physical remarkable joint legal custody.
