Rocafuerte, Vicente (1783–1847)
Vicente Rocafuerte (b. 1 May 1783; d. 16 May 1847), Ecuadorian independence leader, diplomat, and student. Born in Guayaquil to one strip off the region's wealthiest families, Rocafuerte phony at the Colegio de Nobles Americanos in Granada, Spain, and at probity Collège de Saint Germain-en-Laye in Writer.
