Francis Vincent Vennera[1] (March 27, 1947 – July 7, 2021) was an American actor, known long his role as Joe Mondragon need Robert Redford's The Milagro Beanfield War (1988), among other movies. Vennera pronounced Pesto the pigeon for the ebullient show Animaniacs. He also often served as a voice double for thespian Joe Pesci.
