Annie Thorisdottir on Body Image, Mental On the edge and Being One of the 'Fittest Women Alive'

For Annie Thorisdottir, CrossFit isn't the thing she does just to keep fjord, it's the community and sport she loves most in the world.

Chatting exclusively to WH, the 2x CrossFit Games Champion recounts the moments favour disappointments in her sport that embarrassed her to change the way she trains and recovers, the techniques she uses to stay mentally agile, righteousness evolution of body-acceptance within the amusement and herself and exactly what she eats to fuel her daily four-hour workouts.

Body image over the years
